Finally my OWN Delfien chocolates...
When I took over the business, I also took over the secret recipes.
I kept a large part of the chocolates, another part the recipe was adapted for an existing form...
But... I never invented my own praline with a self-chosen decorated shape and recipe.
It was about time ... and here they are, my own real DELFIEN chocolates...
