Method


We work with three colours of chocolate only: dark, milk and white chocolate of Callebaut.

In the workshop we make pralines, truffles, chocolates and seashells by hand and use the best quality to do so.

Other manual labour consists in painting the seashells. The moulding is also still done by hand (moulding is filling the mould with chocolate, letting it vibrate, turning it over and moving it to the cooling-room).

In short, you can always come to us for our delecious chocolates that are prepared with our best care.
